6. Leaves and Excuses

New KBIM Leave Policy:
Leave Policy 2022.
All KBIM leave requests and approvals will now be processed electronically on the website:
https://kbim.app/
- Residents will be able to request a leave on the website. Please read the instructions carefully when submitting a leave request. After requesting a leave, residents can send the link to the leave request to the person who needs to approve it (e.g., rotation coordinator, site coordinator, etc).
- Tutors will be able to Approve or Decline a leave request on the website with a single press of a button. Tutors need to be signed in. The same leave request can be signed by multiple tutors and multiple times. Final approval will be done by the program director, based on the approvals present on the request.

7. HIS System Access

Kindly contact Dr. Talal Alaradi or Dr. Abdulrahman Aljassim to activate your HIS System Account.

8. Activities (KBIM, FHIM and Departmental)

KBIM activities/exemptions - will be shared in the FH Residents WhatsApp Group by Dr. Noura Al-Nami and Dr. Altaf Al Qadeeri.
Monday Beside Teaching - will be shared in the FH Reidents WhatsApp Group by Dr. Marwan Alwagayan
Department activates
- Morning meeting - every day 7:30 AM, conference room in the first floor next to the director’s office.
- Monday Clinical Case Presentation / Journal Club Meeting - 12:30 PM Administrative building first floor meeting room.
- Tuesday KBIM Presentation (based on the educational curriculum) - 12:30 PM Administrative building first floor meeting room..
